The Barrister Advanced Exchange Service Program offers whole-unit, next business day replacement for your IT equipment. The Advanced Exchanged option allows you to eliminate the costs associated with onsite technical support. The program is available in every postal code in the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico. It helps to minimize downtime for essential and non-essential IT equipment. We will do our best to resolve the performance issue through our in-house Tech Support team and Help Desk. If we can not get the equipment back up and running we immediately ship a replacement unit overnight to your location. The cost of the Advanced Exchange is controlled by our client and depends on whether we or our client is stocking the replacement inventory, the parts and the need for onsite assistance with installing the replacement equipment.
The faulty equipment is shipped via ground transportation back to our Distribution Center here, our Bench Technicians service the equipment and return it to our inventory in ready condition for future use.
Advanced Exchange offers a very competitive solution for equipment that is Post-Warranty and provides extended service and life coverage for the equipment. Barrister’s Advanced Exchanged Program is available in single or multi-year increments.
Depot Service Option Available
If you require Asset Tag Tracking or you prefer to simply have the failed equipment repaired and returned, Barrister offers Depot Service. While Advanced Exchange offers a replacement unit overnight, Depot repairs are returned to the customer within five-days of receipt. Depot service pricing is customizable and can include all parts, labor and shipping to the customer. Advanced Exchange and Depot service is available for nearly all IT equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, printers, scanners and related peripherals. |
